British startup Hilo, co-founded by Andy Palmer, known for his work in electric vehicles, has launched the Hilo One e-scooter with advanced safety features to improve the sector’s safety reputation. The e-scooter, equipped with collision warning technology using AI and computer vision, notifies riders about potential dangers through visual, audible, and sensory cues in the handlebars.

Andy Palmer aims to address safety concerns associated with e-scooters through this innovative product.
