Empowering the citizens to create new ecosystems is vital in order to deconstruct and reconstruct our cities. Throughout this interview with Natalia Olson-Urtecho, co-founder of the Disruptive Factory, a women-led, sustainable goaled company that empowers small businesses, and Chief operating Officer at RadicalxChange, we will learn about her work in both companies as well as her expertise and lessons learned during her successful professional career.
